Privacy policy · Updated 28 September 2026
Fleet Rush is developed and operated by Robert Schlanger under the Island Arcade name (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal information we process as the developer. This policy covers the Fleet Rush mobile game, our support communications, and fleet-rush.web.app.
This policy includes the advertising-enabled version of Fleet Rush. Earlier versions without advertising do not perform the advertising activities described below. The features available to you depend on your installed version, age group, region, and privacy settings.
At a glance
- You can play without creating an account. Game progress and your gold wallet are saved on your device.
- Advertising-enabled versions use Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads, ironSource, and Google’s privacy messaging service.
- Ads are disabled for players who select “under 13”. Players aged 13–17 receive restricted advertising treatment.
- You can review available ad privacy choices in the game’s Settings and contact us about your information.
1. Information we process
Game data on your device
Fleet Rush saves progress, completed levels, stars, earned gold, upgrades, unlocks, and game settings locally. It also remembers your selected age group and privacy preferences. We ask for an age range, not your birth date. The game does not have a player account system or a developer-operated cloud-save service. Your device or operating-system backup settings may separately preserve app data.
Advertising and technical information
When advertising services are permitted to run, their SDKs may process IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device model, operating system, language, app version, network information, and device or advertising identifiers where allowed. They may also process ad requests, impressions, interactions, video completion, reward events, error reports, and other technical information needed for delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. The information used depends on the provider, platform permissions, your age group, and privacy choices.
The game does not request access to your contacts, microphone, camera, photo library, or precise GPS location for gameplay or advertising. We do not add a separate gameplay analytics or cloud-save service; advertising services can still measure ad activity.
Information you send us
If you email support, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments or device details you choose to provide. Please avoid sending passwords, payment information, or other sensitive information. We do not collect payment-card details or require your name or email address to play.
2. Advertising and partners
Ads help fund the game. Fleet Rush can display banners in menus and during gameplay, interstitial ads between runs, and optional rewarded ads for a revive or a vault reward. Choosing a rewarded ad is optional; an advertised reward depends on successful completion and availability.
- Unity LevelPlay coordinates requests to the configured advertising networks.
- Unity Ads and ironSource / ironSource Exchange supply ads and support ad measurement, quality, security, and fraud prevention. Their advertising partners may participate in ad delivery and bidding. See the Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy for provider practices and privacy requests.
- Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) checks applicable privacy-message requirements and collects or remembers choices. Its use does not mean that Google currently supplies the game’s ads. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
Advertising providers may act as independent controllers for their own processing. Their policies explain additional recipients, retention, and rights. Where a consent message is shown, review its vendor and purpose details. Ads may open external websites or app-store pages with their own policies.
We do not sell player contact details. The game sends LevelPlay a “do not sell” restriction for all age groups. Advertising can still involve sharing technical data for delivery and measurement; the restriction is not a claim that no data leaves your device.
3. Your ad privacy choices
For eligible age groups, the game checks privacy requirements before initializing LevelPlay and requests ads only when the privacy service permits it. A consent or privacy message may appear based on your region and previous choices. Advertising choices are separate from agreeing to this policy.
Open Settings → AD PRIVACY CHOICES to revisit the privacy form when that option is available for your region. You may change your selections or withdraw consent there. If that control is unavailable, contact us using the address below for help. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Depending on your choices, ads may be restricted, non-personalized, or unavailable. Refusing consent does not prevent core gameplay, although an optional ad-funded reward may be unavailable. Non-personalized ads can still require technical data for delivery, frequency control, security, and measurement.
The current iOS game does not request App Tracking Transparency authorization. iOS tracking and access to its advertising identifier are subject to Apple’s permission rules. Your operating system may offer additional advertising or tracking controls. These controls are separate from the game’s consent form and do not erase information already held by providers.
4. Children and teenagers
Fleet Rush is intended primarily for teenagers and adults. The game uses your selected age range to apply these safeguards:
- Under 13: the game does not initialize its advertising networks or request ads.
- Ages 13–17: the game requests restricted, non-personalized advertising and passes under-age, child-directed, and device-identifier opt-out signals to the relevant services.
- Ages 18 and over: advertising follows the applicable privacy choices and platform restrictions.
Until an age range is selected, advertising remains off. These are the game’s protective settings, not a statement that every country has the same age threshold. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information directly to us can contact us to request review and deletion. Please also contact us if an age choice was made incorrectly.
5. Purposes and legal grounds
We use information to run the game and remember settings, respond to support and privacy requests, fund the game through advertising, protect against abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Where European or UK data-protection law applies, the relevant grounds depend on the activity:
- Providing the requested service: operating gameplay and retaining settings needed to deliver it.
- Consent: advertising-related storage, access, or processing where consent is required. You can change available choices as described above.
- Legitimate interests: responding to ordinary enquiries, maintaining security, troubleshooting, and preventing abuse, subject to your rights and the requirements for the specific activity.
- Legal obligations: handling statutory requests and complying with applicable requirements.
Our partners explain their own legal grounds in their policies and, where applicable, in the consent message. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you using solely automated processing. Advertising providers may select ads automatically under the applicable settings.
6. Sharing and international transfers
Information may be received by the advertising and consent providers above, their disclosed delivery partners, and providers that operate our website or email. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and security, or to a successor if the game changes ownership, subject to applicable safeguards and notice requirements. We do not upload your local game save to our own server.
Providers may process information in countries outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area or UK. Where legally required, transfers must rely on an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. Contact us, or the relevant provider using its policy, for details about the safeguards applicable to your information.
7. Retention and security
- Local game data: remains on the device until removed through app-data controls or by deleting the app. Offloading an app may preserve data, and backups may restore it.
- Support correspondence: kept as needed to resolve your enquiry and handle related disputes or legal obligations, then deleted when no longer needed.
- Advertising, consent, and hosting records: retained under the relevant provider’s policy and the purposes for which they were collected. Removing the game does not automatically delete provider-held records.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information involved, but no device, storage method, or internet transmission is completely secure. Please protect access to your device and email.
8. Your rights and deletion
Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may request access to or a copy of your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Residents of some US states may also have rights to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising and to appeal a denied request.
To make a request, email hello@seoautopilot.app. Describe the request and your relationship to the game. We may need proportionate information to verify it; please do not send identity documents unless specifically requested through an appropriate process. We respond within applicable legal deadlines and do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
We cannot remotely retrieve or erase a local save because we do not maintain a player account or cloud copy. Use your device’s app-data controls to remove it. For information held independently by an ad provider, use the privacy-request options in its policy; we can help identify the relevant provider. Do not assume that uninstalling the game withdraws consent or deletes external records.
You may complain to your local data-protection authority. In Romania, this is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP). You can contact us first, but doing so is not a condition of making a complaint.
9. This website
This presentation website uses Firebase Hosting. It has no account registration, contact form, embedded advertising SDK, or added analytics. Its code does not set advertising cookies, and fonts are served from the website itself. Hosting infrastructure processes request and technical information, such as IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the site, subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
Email links open your email app. Store and other external links take you to third-party services. The app-ads.txt file publicly identifies authorized advertising sellers for the mobile game; it does not execute tracking code.
10. Contact and policy updates
For privacy questions or requests, contact Robert Schlanger / Island Arcade at hello@seoautopilot.app. General gameplay help is available on our support page.
We will update this page when the game’s data practices change and revise the date above. For material changes, we will provide additional notice or request new consent where required. Continuing to play does not replace any consent that the law requires us to obtain.
